Fundraising and Sponsorship Opportunities
Would like to sponsor a veteran and carer/companion to attend one of our forthcoming events - helping toward ticket prices, travel costs and accommodation?
Or, if you are feeling more energetic, you may wish to fundraise yourself. Why not challenge yourself to follow ‘In the Footsteps of 47 Commando’ - and join our walks in Normandy, France and Walcheren, Holland every year - see more below.
In fact, if you would like to help in any way with fundraising or sponsorship, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Everyone is welcome to join the Association, Royal Marines and friends on a 13m (22km) walk through the beautiful Normandy countryside - retracing 47 Commando’s D-Day route behind enemy lines from Asnelles (Gold Beach) to Port en Bessin . We will be telling the story (in English and French) of the heroic mission to capture the Port and to link up with US Forces from Omaha Beach. We walk at a gentle pace and have plenty of breaks, including a picnic lunch (bring your own) along the way - you don’t need to be a Commando!
